Fall Plantings Yield Springtime Flowers
September 10, 2009

September is a great time to plant broadleaf shrubs such as Hollies, Boxwoods, Rhododendrons, and Azaleas. They will have plenty of time for their roots to become established before winter sets in. Remember to keep watering your fall plantings  until the ground freezes.
