Plant Return Policy
A store credit will be issued for all claims, for the original purchase price, when an original receipt and plant are presented. Waterloo Gardens, Inc. is not responsible for plants that are damaged by physical injury, lack of care, or extreme natural conditions. Plants may only be replaced once.
Waterloo Gardens Recommended Soil Amendments
Waterloo Gardens recommends the appropriate soil amendments to be used with all varieties and sizes of plants. Signage is posted in the store, information sheets are available, and this data is available on our web site. Along with your plant purchase the proper amounts of soil amendments must be on the same receipt as proof of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please bring it back within 60 days, accompanied by a receipt and photo I.D. Items not in original condition may be subject to a reduced credit.
The following items are final sales and not eligible for return:
Clearance items, Pillows and Cushions, Custom/Special orders, and Food items. Collectibles without a receipt. Holiday items can be returned up to 15 days from the holiday’s date. Christmas items by January 8th. Not to exceed 60 days from date of purchase.
In accordance with the preceding terms the following conditions apply:
With a receipt: Refunds will be issued in the same manner as original tender. A refund will be issued for merchandise returned within 60 days from date of purchase. Cash refunds up to $50. Refunds over $50 will be issued a company check in 7-10 days. Check refunds require a 10 day wait from date of purchase.
Without a receipt: We will exchange or extend a store credit for the lowest selling price in effect this season of in-stock items.
