This beautiful fern with apple green fronds grows in a vase shape, somewhat resembling a bird's nest and can reach up to 18" in height. It is very easy to grow in homes and workplaces, great for fluorescent lighting, indirect bright light, and even the low light of a north-facing window. Just be sure to keep it out of any direct sunlight.
Allow the top of the potting soil to become dry to the touch before watering but do not let the soil become completely dry. Optimal fertilization is a slow release fertilizer, however, should you choose to use a liquid method, use the fertilizer monthly at half the recommended rate for spring through fall, and a quarter of the rate in winter.
