Controlling Pest Problems

Various pest and fungal problems can occur in August. Make sure to inspect your trees, shrubs and flowers on a weekly basis for evidence of slugs, Japanese beetles, aphids, caterpillars, scale, and other insects. Controlling pests and diseases in their early stages will keep your plants healthy and better prepared for the winter months.
